This can either be an error with the Mail Client receiving the Email or with the settings on the Mail Client sending the Email. If only some recipients are having the trouble, it sounds like the devices being used are not able to decode it. Hi AccountRight sends the details to Outlook to send, it will encode it and send it with Extended MAPI (For Outlook 2016 and AccountRight v19.15) and send it onwards. If anyone has any solution, can you please let us know, we've tried calling MYOB however we were unable to find a resolution. We also did completely new installs of MYOB AccountRight Premier v19.15, so it can't be issues from older versions clashing. We've tried changing Mail format from "HTML" to "Plain Text" and that did not solve our issue.
On all our computers but one, we run Microsoft Outlook 2016 and the other runs Microsoft Outlook 2007. This is not occuring on just one of our computers, but all of them as well. This issue has only been around since we've updated to v19.15 and we haven't found any solutions to it. We've recently ran into an issue with MYOB AccountRight Premier v19.15 which is causing all PaySlips emailed from PDF form to convert to Winmail.dat's when opened on any Apple Device (iPhones), we're also running into similar issues with some clients not all, not being able to open invoices when we've been emailing it through to them, due to similar issues with PDF's converting to winmail.dat's.
